Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution.
- Proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments to influence senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes.
- Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within client engagement constraints.
- Capability to work autonomously without a dedicated engineering team.
- Strong diagnostic mindset with a focus on root-cause analysis.
- Deep accountability to actual outcomes and measurable impact.
- Bias toward early proof, prioritizing working prototypes over static roadmaps.
- Ability to operate in a forward-deployed capacity, integrating with client engineers, product leads, and operators.
Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end current-state workflows to diagnose root causes of operational friction.
- Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows and effective human-agent collaboration using AI.
- Design comprehensive operating models including organizational structure and governance.
- Establish performance baselines and build measurement frameworks to track engagement success.
- Build working, AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs, platform-native features, and low-code/no-code environments.
- Advise stakeholders on the practical application of AI within specific workflows.
- Support the rollout of new tools and workflows, ensuring alignment with process design and change management.
- Contribute to complex engagement scoping and conduct diagnostic assessments for implementation readiness.
