Job Details

Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical customer-facing role.
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Strong expertise in databases, data warehouses, and data processing.
Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and SQL analytics.
Proven track record selling data or analytics software to enterprise-level customers.
Experience with relational and large-scale analytics databases like Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, or Teradata.
Knowledge of AI vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, or Chroma.
Familiarity with the modern AI stack, including infrastructure, orchestration, and governance.
Experience with large-scale IaaS platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
Proficiency with BI and data exploration tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.
Exceptional presentation skills for technical and executive stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and close new business opportunities.
Conduct needs analysis, technology reviews, and requirements definition for prospects.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to technical and executive audiences.
Design and execute Proof-of-Concept projects to validate solutions in competitive environments.
Provide technical guidance and consultative architecture assistance to resolve customer challenges.
Maintain a competitive analysis of market technologies to effectively position Actian products.
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
