Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, cloud-native technologies, infrastructure, or open-source ecosystems.
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution evaluations with enterprise customers.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern application architectures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach to customer engagement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, fully remote environment with global teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience creating technical content, documentation, or customer enablement resources is highly valued.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, engineering, product, and customer success functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to communicate solution value, technical capabilities, and strategic advantages to prospective customers.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements throughout the sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding business challenges and recommending effective technical solutions.
- Own technical engagements and support the successful closure of new business opportunities through technical expertise and credibility.
- Gather customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to help influence product direction and improvements.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed.
- Create and contribute to technical documentation, enablement materials, knowledge base content, blog articles, and educational resources.
- Support ongoing customer success initiatives by providing guidance, best practices, and technical consultation.
