Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack engineering expertise across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and operating production systems in cloud environments
- Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools beyond basic code generation
- Ability to apply AI across workflows including debugging, testing, QA, and code review
- Comfort making architectural decisions and balancing speed with long-term maintainability
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward pragmatic execution and fast iteration
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver full-stack product features from concept through production deployment
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, release, and iteration
- Work within small engineering pods to rapidly deliver high-quality, production-ready software
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable system design across services
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Leverage AI-enabled development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and code review processes
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security standards are maintained across all applications
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate product needs into technical solutions
- Participate in continuous iteration cycles, improving systems based on real-world usage and feedback
