Requirements
- 8–11+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation for web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright.
- Solid programming skills in C#/.NET or Java applied to test automation.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Proven ability to design automation frameworks from scratch and scale QA practices across teams.
- Experience using AI-assisted development/testing tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
- Strong understanding of software testing best practices, SDLC, and agile delivery environments.
- Experience communicating with clients and translating technical QA concepts into business value.
- Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, and leadership experience within technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to define metrics, improve processes, and drive quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement end-to-end QA strategies aligned with sprint goals.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright with C#/.NET or Java.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Oversee QA execution across projects to ensure adherence to quality standards and release criteria.
- Identify risks, define testing strategies, and analyze QA metrics to improve delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and provide technical communication.
- Mentor QA engineers and participate in recruitment and hiring decisions.
- Research and implement modern QA tools and AI-assisted testing solutions.
