Requirements
- Hands-on experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience working with APIs, web services, webhooks, and system integration workflows.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database systems for data handling and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with automation testing, debugging, and unit testing practices.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar project tracking systems.
- Understanding of source control systems such as Git or Subversion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with AI-enabled automation tools (e.g., AI agents, OCR, NLP, or machine learning concepts) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and related automation services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA-based automation solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility, effort, and impact.
- Build and maintain scalable, well-structured, and maintainable automation workflows using RPA best practices.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, web services, and external data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements, map processes, and define solution architecture.
- Support end-to-end implementation including testing, UAT, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live automation processes, ensuring stability and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and test cases.
- Work within agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, delivery tracking, and risk identification.
- Contribute to the enhancement of automation frameworks by incorporating AI-driven tools and emerging technologies.
