Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification.
  • 12+ years of experience in professional services, enterprise software, technology consulting, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling repeatable service or solutions offerings in global organizations.
  • Strong experience leading solution, product, practice, or services organizations with cross-functional and multi-regional responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of commercial strategy, revenue growth, margin optimization, and portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of new offerings across distributed sales and delivery teams.
  • Experience managing enterprise transformation initiatives, organizational change, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one core domain such as software development lifecycle modernization, IT service management, enterprise AI adoption, or digital transformation.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration rather than direct authority.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in high-growth, investor-backed, or fast-scaling environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance innovation, execution, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global solutions strategy focused on scalable, repeatable, and commercially successful professional services offerings.
  • Lead the development, packaging, and commercialization of solution blueprints across key enterprise domains, including AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Build and manage a global team of practice leaders while establishing a framework for regional execution and domain expertise.
  • Drive alignment between sales, delivery, marketing, and regional leadership teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
  • Develop and maintain a global solutions roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Standardize service offerings to improve delivery efficiency, reduce implementation costs, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure offerings consistently address enterprise challenges and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, adoption rates, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Support expansion into new markets and solution areas through innovation, market analysis, and strategic partnerships.
  • Foster organizational change management initiatives that enable successful adoption of new offerings across global teams.
