Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Android development with strong expertise in Kotlin and modern frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of Jetpack components (Compose, ViewModel, Navigation, Coroutines, Flow) and MVVM/Clean Architecture.
- Proven experience building and maintaining complex mobile applications with integrations such as payments, PDV systems, or fiscal APIs.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and scalability.
- Experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and supporting diverse Android devices and OS versions.
- Familiarity with testing strategies, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines using Gradle.
- Desirable: experience with Firebase, Kotlin Multiplatform, OAuth, and advanced mobile security.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Android architectures using MVVM, Clean Architecture principles, and modern Kotlin practices.
- Develop and maintain robust mobile features including integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, Firebase, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize application performance via profiling, debugging, and improving UI responsiveness and memory usage.
- Implement offline-first strategies using Room, WorkManager, and caching for reliable user experiences.
- Lead technical initiatives such as code reviews, refactoring, architectural migrations, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Ensure application security and accessibility compliance through encryption, authentication, and Material 3 standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers to promote engineering best practices.
