Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 5 years working with Java (versions 8, 11, 17, or 21).
- Strong experience with microservices, APIs (REST/SOAP), and distributed systems architecture.
- Solid knowledge of version control tools such as Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as Oracle and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with messaging and streaming tools such as Kafka, AWS SQS, and caching technologies like Redis or Caffeine.
- Experience with observability and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Graylog, Grafana, Sonar, and Jacoco.
- Knowledge of cloud and container platforms such as AWS, OpenShift, and Azure AD integration.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support backend applications, ensuring stability, scalability, and high performance across production and non-production environments.
- Analyze system behavior, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements focused on performance, reliability, and optimization.
- Ensure application observability by monitoring metrics, logs, and traces, supporting proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, refinement, technical breakdown, and delivery alignment within squads.
- Support production incidents, homologation processes, and deployment of fixes, ensuring smooth system operation and minimal business impact.
- Contribute to technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions for strategic and structural initiatives.
