Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in consultative sales, advisory roles, customer engagement, counseling, or relationship management
- Strong ability to influence decisions through education and trust-building rather than aggressive selling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Indian language
- Strong listening skills, empathy, problem-solving ability, and relationship-building mindset
- Ability to simplify complex financial, legal, or technical topics into relatable explanations
- Experience using CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and productivity software
- Customer-first mindset with high integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client conversations effectively
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations via phone or video calls to understand client needs, goals, and concerns
- Educate customers by simplifying complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Recommend suitable solutions based on individual requirements and personalize the advisory approach
- Build and maintain trust through consistent follow-ups and responsive communication across channels
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and messaging platforms while ensuring a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline stages, and feedback in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and end-to-end service delivery
- Share customer insights to help improve products, processes, and overall customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, offerings, and regulations to provide accurate guidance
- Manage and nurture a structured sales pipeline while maintaining high service standards
