  • 2–6 years of experience in consultative sales, advisory roles, customer engagement, counseling, or relationship management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Indian language
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, problem-solving ability, and relationship-building mindset
  • Ability to simplify complex financial, legal, or technical topics into relatable explanations
  • Experience using CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and productivity software
  • Customer-first mindset with high integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client conversations effectively
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations via phone or video calls to understand client needs, goals, and concerns
  • Educate customers by simplifying complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Recommend suitable solutions based on individual requirements and personalize the advisory approach
  • Build and maintain trust through consistent follow-ups and responsive communication across channels
  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and messaging platforms while ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline stages, and feedback in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and end-to-end service delivery
  • Share customer insights to help improve products, processes, and overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, offerings, and regulations to provide accurate guidance
  • Manage and nurture a structured sales pipeline while maintaining high service standards
