- Proven experience driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, engagement, conversion, or monetization metrics.
- Strong expertise in product analytics, experimentation methodologies, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with SQL, dashboards, and large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, customer psychology, and user experience principles.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong bias toward action and execution.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building, launching, or scaling products, businesses, initiatives, or side projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive initiatives focused on customer activation, retention, engagement, and monetization across the SMB customer segment.
- Define, prioritize, and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth opportunities.
- Identify customer pain points, growth levers, and optimization opportunities through data analysis, experimentation, and user research.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from problem discovery and solution design to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, customer support, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact product enhancements.
- Develop and implement experimentation frameworks, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven methodologies to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
- Gain a deep understanding of operational workflows and customer needs to improve efficiency, user satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Partner with other product leaders to align growth initiatives across multiple product areas and influence broader product strategy.
- Measure success through key growth metrics, customer behavior analysis, and revenue impact, continuously refining priorities based on results.
