Requirements

  • 1–5+ years of experience in Workday Finance, Workday Security, or related finance systems roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Finance and/or Workday Security configuration, support, or functional operations.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes such as accounting, procurement, or revenue cycle workflows.
  • Experience analyzing system data, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Familiarity with Workday security concepts such as roles, domains, permissions, and access controls.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, IT, and business teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Workday certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional or technical support across Workday Finance and/or Workday Security modules.
  • Support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday systems, including workflows, roles, permissions, and finance-related processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements, and supporting testing and deployment of system changes.
  • Analyze finance and system data to identify gaps, improve processes, and support decision-making.
  • Contribute to finance process areas such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and accounting.
  • Support requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards across Workday Finance environments.
