Requirements
- Experience in building and applying ML systems using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience in developing training data processing pipelines for image or complex data.
- Practical understanding of the MLOps lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
- Excellent proficiency in Python.
- Strong software engineering skills including writing high-performance, modern, and reliable code.
- Experience writing unit tests and following code quality best practices.
- Familiarity with experiment-tracking platforms like Weights & Biases or MLflow.
- Exposure to processing platforms such as Kubeflow.
- Background in computer vision including tools like OpenCV.
- Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure, particularly AWS.
- Experience working in regulated environments under predefined requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve internal ML tooling to transform prototype workflows into scalable, compliant production solutions.
- Implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms in modern medical research.
- Create new tools and enhance existing ones by adding functionality and resolving issues.
- Increase test coverage and improve documentation for internal tooling.
- Ensure all processes and developed tooling meet required compliance standards.
