Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data operations, data quality, content processing, or shared-services roles.
- 2+ years directly leading or managing a team.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold people accountable.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, detail-oriented workflows to tight quality and SLA standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, or Looker for performance tracking.
- Experience in media intelligence, ad-tech, data tagging, taxonomy management, or content moderation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 Data Associates.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs including throughput, accuracy, and quality.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for workflow or process-related issues.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable performance feedback.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and partner with automation teams to improve processes.
- Coordinate team scheduling, task assignment, and workload balancing.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Train new hires on classification guidelines, tools, and processes.
