Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related roles.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with FastAPI or another Python backend framework.
- Practical experience building and deploying machine learning solutions.
- Very good knowledge of Git and software development best practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a business context.
- Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning and AI-based solutions.
- Enhance and develop recommendation systems and intelligent data-driven features.
- Integrate and process data from multiple sources.
- Support implementation and migration activities in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and validate hypotheses using data.
- Develop production-ready solutions and APIs.
- Support pre-sales and business initiatives by preparing analyses, recommendations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Continuously improve scalability, automation, and quality of delivered solutions.
- Proactively propose new approaches, technologies, and improvements.
