Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data and cloud-based projects.
- Proven track record as a GCP Data Architect, particularly in migrations to BigQuery.
- Strong expertise in Cloud and Big Data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Database, Data Lake, and end-to-end migration strategies.
- Deep expertise in Teradata (required).
- Proficiency in Google Cloud technologies including BigQuery and Dataproc.
- Experience with Databricks and data streaming concepts.
- Advanced SQL skills including performance tuning and optimization.
- Programming proficiency in Java or Python.
- Fluent English (required).
- Italian language skills (strongly preferred).
- Experience with Oracle or Exadata is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable data architectures for advanced cloud transformation initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end data migration strategies to Google Cloud Platform.
- Oversee the implementation of Big Data solutions using GCP tools.
- Optimize data lake and streaming processes.
- Manage database architecture involving Teradata and BigQuery components.
