Requirements
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) for daily professional communication.
- Proven experience developing data pipelines using Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Hands-on use of Pandas, NumPy, and DuckDB for data transformation and validation.
- Expertise in SQL for complex data manipulation and dataset creation.
- Deep knowledge of advanced AI productivity tools like MCP, Claude code, and Cursor.
- Strong ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid experience with BI tools to manage datasets and generate dashboards.
- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or Azure and using SDKs to extract data.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable ETL pipelines and customer-facing analytics for multi-tenant setups.
- Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and map them to ERP/operational data.
- Build reliable pipelines that ingest, validate, transform, and document data into curated datasets.
- Design and implement interactive, intuitive dashboards for data interpretation.
- Ensure all solutions scale across multiple customers with minimal manual effort.
