Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, or manufacturing performance management.
- Strong understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Deep knowledge of production loss analysis and operational KPIs/shopfloor performance.
- Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data/technical solutions.
- Experience managing stakeholders and external vendors.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and Python.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Sustain and enhance industrial dashboards and reporting solutions supporting global manufacturing operations.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of performance management platforms (e.g. OEE, shift handover tools).
- Support OEE-driven performance practices and help identify improvement opportunities across sites.
- Act as the bridge between manufacturing, analytics, IT, and vendors.
- Translate business needs into clear analytical and technical requirements.
- Coordinate external vendors and manage escalations and service delivery.
- Own governance and operational performance of manufacturing analytics solutions.
