Requirements
- Experience in leading discovery activities and stakeholder workshops.
- Ability to work with UX metrics and make data-driven design decisions.
- Experience in UX/UI design and working with design systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creativity and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Experience designing solutions for complex product environments with multiple processes and touchpoints.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Nice to have: Experience in designing AI-based solutions.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) approach.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of financial processes or financial management.
Responsibilities
- Identify user needs and business goals through workshops, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Design and develop user experiences for digital products and services.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces consistent with UX/UI principles and design standards.
- Use data, research, and metrics to inform design decisions and evaluate solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to define and develop new functionalities.
- Design solutions for complex processes and user journeys involving multiple touchpoints.
- Support initiatives related to modern technologies, including AI-based solutions.
