Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of extensive work experience using MS Dynamics CRM 365.
- Strong hands-on experience in development involving MS Dynamics cloud offering configuration, Customizations, and extending platform capabilities (Workflows/Plugins).
- Expertise in MS Dynamics Cloud modules: Customer Service Hub, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Customer Voice, Sales, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
- Experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
- Experience with Azure Synapse Link and Data Flows development.
- Experience working in a fast-paced Agile team using Confluence and Jira.
- Bachelor's degree or University degree.
- Prior experience in the banking domain is preferred.
- Strong planning, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365, including user story grooming and effort estimation.
- Execute end-to-end MS Dynamics CE implementations, including UI/form customization, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate development.
- Manage seamless system integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure high performance.
- Mentor senior and junior developers while enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders within a Scrum framework.
