- Ability to structure problems and communicate clearly in writing and analysis.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural, or independent settings.
- Positive attitude and resilience.
- Genuine appetite for fieldwork.
- Motivation to alleviate poverty.
- Experience with R or Python is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze sustainability challenges and potential interventions.
- Contribute to initiative planning, pilot design, and partner engagement.
- Work in the field with farming communities and local teams to support program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate results against objectives.
- Collaborate across data, technology, operations, and field teams.
