Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting production software applications
- Strong development experience with Node.js and/or Python
- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs for production environments
- Full-stack development experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, SQL Server)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, Cognito, SNS, SES)
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Expertise in CI/CD practices and workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting distributed applications
- Experience with secure development practices and cloud security
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance modern cloud-native applications and platform services
- Develop backend services using Node.js and Python
- Build frontend user experiences with React and TypeScript
- Implement cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and secure deployment pipelines
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and engineering productivity
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
