Requirements
- Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Current clinical license in Texas.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English for assessments, therapy, and documentation.
- Availability for at least 15 hours per week.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Experience working with older adults is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, including Spanish-speaking clients, via telehealth.
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools in both English and Spanish.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, utilizing AI-powered scribe tools.
- Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, and loss of independence.
- Participate in regular team meetings to ensure clinical best practices.
