- Experience with automated QA testing and code reviews.
- Proficiency in working within AI-enabled environments using tools like Cursor and Claude.
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a technical co-founder for enterprise accounts, driving strategy post-go-live.
- Design robust programmatic integrations and custom workflows for complex challenges.
- Produce highly detailed Technical Design Documents to ensure near-zero defect rates.
- Partner with Technical Account Managers to translate business ROI into technical blueprints.
- Enforce coding, integration, and configuration standards for platform health.
- Translate architectural epics into actionable development stories for Agile pods.
- Mentor development teams and guide the implementation of enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
