Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 10-15 years of equivalent IT architecture experience.
- 8+ years of IT architecture and solution design experience.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud and BPaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with middleware integration tools including Informatica, MuleSoft, or Edifecs.
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Proven experience in network architecture, including VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST.
- Strong security architecture experience including IAM, encryption, and audit logging.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for the BPaaS environment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design and implement integration patterns using middleware gateways like Edifecs, Informatica, and MuleSoft.
- Lead adoption and optimization of cloud-native services across Azure, AWS, or GCP for hosting and data services.
- Partner with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment strategies.
- Oversee the performance optimization of integration gateways and define governance for APIs and data exchange.
- Provide guidance on enterprise network architecture, including routing, VPNs, and firewall design.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST standards by embedding security practices into designs.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to align architecture with program objectives.
