- Reliable computer running Windows 10 or newer.
- Two computer monitors.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Schedule and reschedule medical appointments as requested by patients.
- Enroll members in health plans and explain plan details.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Follow up with patients regarding test results and appointment availability.
