Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a similar field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree or 15 years with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing personnel, projects, and federal contract operations.
  • Direct experience supporting DHS, ICE, and HSI I-9 Audit.
  • Extensive knowledge of Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification requirements and federal audit processes.
  • Strong leadership, operational, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to manage contract performance, customer satisfaction, and mission support outcomes.
  • PMP, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and designated program officials.
  • Manage and oversee contractor personnel supporting Form I-9 audit and worksite enforcement activities across multiple locations.
  • Provide leadership and performance management for Junior Compliance Officers and contract staff.
  • Perform resource planning, workforce management, and staffing activities.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of work products, reports, and audit documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics and identify risks.
  • Support HSI personnel conducting employment eligibility verification audits and investigations.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of required deliverables and status reports.
