Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a similar field.
- 10 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree or 15 years with a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing personnel, projects, and federal contract operations.
- Direct experience supporting DHS, ICE, and HSI I-9 Audit.
- Extensive knowledge of Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification requirements and federal audit processes.
- Strong leadership, operational, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to manage contract performance, customer satisfaction, and mission support outcomes.
- PMP, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and designated program officials.
- Manage and oversee contractor personnel supporting Form I-9 audit and worksite enforcement activities across multiple locations.
- Provide leadership and performance management for Junior Compliance Officers and contract staff.
- Perform resource planning, workforce management, and staffing activities.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of work products, reports, and audit documentation.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and identify risks.
- Support HSI personnel conducting employment eligibility verification audits and investigations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of required deliverables and status reports.
