Job Details

6+ years of experience as a content designer, UX writer, content strategist, or similar role.
A portfolio demonstrating senior-level, end-to-end, user-centered content design across digital products.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or medical information.
Proven experience building and scaling content frameworks, guidelines, and component libraries.
Experience leading and influencing cross-functional product teams with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
Proficiency in Figma, including working within design files and component libraries.
Preferred: Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, or finance.
Preferred: Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive language best practices.
Preferred: Experience with global product localization workflows.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Lead content strategy and UX writing for digital health products, including mobile apps, device interfaces, onboarding flows, notifications, and support touchpoints.
Translate complex medical, technical, and regulatory information into clear, concise, user-centered language.
Define content needs, messaging hierarchy, voice, tone, and communication patterns across end-to-end user journeys.
Develop and evolve content frameworks, taxonomies, naming systems, and UX writing patterns to support scalable design systems.
Collaborate with product, design, research, engineering, marketing, clinical, legal, regulatory, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Use research, usability testing, and analytics to inform content decisions and advocate for accessibility and inclusive language best practices.
