Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a content designer, UX writer, content strategist, or similar role.
- A portfolio demonstrating senior-level, end-to-end, user-centered content design across digital products.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or medical information.
- Proven experience building and scaling content frameworks, guidelines, and component libraries.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional product teams with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, including working within design files and component libraries.
- Preferred: Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, or finance.
- Preferred: Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive language best practices.
- Preferred: Experience with global product localization workflows.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy and UX writing for digital health products, including mobile apps, device interfaces, onboarding flows, notifications, and support touchpoints.
- Translate complex medical, technical, and regulatory information into clear, concise, user-centered language.
- Define content needs, messaging hierarchy, voice, tone, and communication patterns across end-to-end user journeys.
- Develop and evolve content frameworks, taxonomies, naming systems, and UX writing patterns to support scalable design systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, research, engineering, marketing, clinical, legal, regulatory, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Use research, usability testing, and analytics to inform content decisions and advocate for accessibility and inclusive language best practices.
