Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped work, not just concepts
- Exceptional typographic and visual craft
- Experience designing dashboards or other data-dense interfaces
- Experience managing empty, loading, and overflowing data states
- Strong systems thinking capabilities
- Ability to work independently as a team of one
- Ability to scope own work and seek feedback early
Responsibilities
- Own product design end to end: problem framing, flows, UI, and final polish
- Maintain and evolve the design system across the marketing site and the signed-in product
- Design data-heavy dashboard views that stay legible under real-world data
- Design marketing pages, landing pages, and campaign creative that hold a strong typographic line
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering, providing specs and prototypes that translate to Tailwind-based implementation
- Hold the accessibility bar, ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
