Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing roles with a strong multi-channel portfolio
  • Excellent writing skills across formats including social media copy, email campaigns, articles, and branded content
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content performance across LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, email, and emerging channels
  • Proficiency with creative and productivity tools such as Figma
  • Experience with AI-assisted content tools (e.g., Claude or equivalent)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing engagement metrics, running A/B tests, and optimizing content performance
  • Ability to independently manage content calendars, deadlines, and production workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback effectively

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end content production across written, video, and multimedia formats, from concept development to editing and publishing
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with target audiences, brand priorities, and business growth objectives
  • Produce high-quality marketing content across social media, email campaigns, digital articles, and branded collateral
  • Lead social media strategy and growth across platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube, adapting content by channel and audience
  • Support and grow owned media initiatives such as podcasts and third-party content collaborations
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to integrate content across campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion outcomes
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and modern marketing technologies to improve content creation efficiency and performance
