Requirements
- 8 or more years of expertise in drafting and design.
- Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D software.
- Experience in surface creation, analysis, utility design, and BIM coordination.
- Associate’s degree in drafting or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or site design projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively in a team environment on complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Independently design utilities and surfaces under the oversight of a licensed engineer.
- Utilize Civil 3D and CAD software to create accurate and efficient design solutions.
- Develop detailed drawings and models to communicate design intent effectively.
- Produce plans and perform calculations for large-scale data center campuses (often 20+ to 200+ acres).
- Design using Pipe Networks, Pressure Pipe Networks, Surfaces, Corridors, and Feature Lines.
