  • Direct experience designing and running a community ambassador or advocacy program.
  • Experience managing large communities at scale (10K+ members).
  • Hands-on work with bots, roles, moderation systems, and channel architecture.
  • Experience with artifact, template, or marketplace ecosystems.
  • Experience designing and running community engagement and education programs.
  • Strong product instinct and genuine enthusiasm for AI and web development.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone.
  • Strong editorial judgment prioritizing signal over noise.
  • Data-literate with experience tracking community engagement metrics.
  • High ownership and ability to work in early-stage environments.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and run the community ambassador program end-to-end including recruitment and recognition.
  • Identify and nurture power users into active advocates for the platform.
  • Curate and maintain a library of community-generated build artifacts like templates and starter apps.
  • Structure and moderate community channels to maintain a high quality bar and tone.
  • Triage user product feedback, feature requests, and friction points for the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Define community-driven education priorities based on user struggle patterns.
  • Track community health metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
