Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Active Texas LPC-Associate license
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records
- Fluent English communication skills
- Prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling (preferred)
- Experience with intake assessments and developing treatment plans (preferred)
- Strong clinical documentation skills (preferred)
- Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches (preferred)
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care
- Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to support client outcomes
