Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Active Texas LPC-Associate license
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling (preferred)
  • Experience with intake assessments and developing treatment plans (preferred)
  • Strong clinical documentation skills (preferred)
  • Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches (preferred)
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
  • Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care
  • Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to support client outcomes
