Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time professional PHP development experience working on a team
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in production environments (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf)
- Intermediate to Advanced MySQL experience (schema design, query optimization, production data handling)
- Intermediate to Advanced JavaScript skills (vanilla JS, DOM, events, fetch/async, JSON)
- Intermediate to Advanced CSS skills (responsive, mobile-first, cross-browser, custom properties)
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable maintaining and improving existing or legacy codebases
Responsibilities
- Build, modify, and maintain multi-step lead-capture flows and web experiences
- Develop backend functionality using PHP and MySQL
- Integrate and troubleshoot third-party APIs
- Create and maintain logging, reporting, and analytics solutions
- Improve conversion performance through iteration and optimization
- Write maintainable, reusable, and production-safe code
- Collaborate asynchronously with the engineering team
