Requirements
- Proven track record of merged pull requests in open-source repositories you do not own.
- Experience shipping an integration, library, or MCP server that is actively used by others.
- Proficiency in Ruby, Python, or TypeScript/Node.
- Deep hands-on experience with agent or RAG frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI).
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, ActivePieces, or Zapier.
- Strong technical writing skills for integration documentation and pull request descriptions.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to identify and execute on high-impact projects.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with the rapidly evolving agent and automation ecosystem.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Ship merged pull requests into popular open-source libraries, agent frameworks, and automation tools.
- Build and maintain integrations and MCP servers to facilitate seamless search data access.
- Create example applications, integration guides, and quickstarts for developers.
- Monitor the agent and automation ecosystem to identify and prioritize high-leverage integration opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end process of contributing to external repositories, including navigating maintainer reviews.
