Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with a major front-end framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with a back-end language such as Node.js, PHP, or Java.
- Understanding of CRM systems and digital monetization ecosystems (e.g., user segmentation, VAST, VPAID).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Fluent in English with effective communication skills.
- Passion for user experience and proactive problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Integrate with CRM platforms, marketing services, and data APIs for user segmentation.
- Develop and optimize full-stack features for video player experiences and monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to iterate on CRM and video functionalities.
- Write clean, efficient, and tested code across the full stack.
- Champion performance optimization including service speed, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
- Participate in agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
