Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.
- Proven experience working with SaaS-based systems.
- Strong understanding of scalable systems and software architecture.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (nice to have).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices (nice to have).
- Product mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design systems from scratch or evolve existing architectures.
- Maintain performance and reliability of production systems.
- Analyze architectural trade-offs including performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Monitor, debug, and optimize systems in production environments.
- Manage production issues and incidents.
- Own major system components or lead technical decisions.
- Mentor junior or mid-level developers.
