Requirements
- 5+ years of experience writing high-quality and robust software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in server-side software development using PHP/Laravel.
- Experience in web-based application development using Angular or React, HTML, CSS/SASS/SCSS.
- Experience with relational databases, ideally MySQL.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
- Experience with REST-based web services using JSON.
- Proven experience in unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Demonstrated mentoring and training experience.
- Experience working within an Agile environment.
- Strong documentation habits and ability to communicate technical requirements effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions by studying documentation, workflows, and acceptance requirements.
- Organize and lead collaborative team-driven solution design sessions.
- Mentor and support fellow team members through coaching and educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Team and Product Owner to ensure complete and succinct acceptance criteria.
- Write effective unit, integration, and performance tests.
- Grow engineering teams by participating in the interview and recruiting process.
- Take ownership of services and applications at scale by making informed technical decisions.
