Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Experience in delivering innovative consumer-facing experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners including product managers and engineers.
- Experience working with user researchers to test concepts.
- Experience with mobile web design is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex customer challenges.
- Experience in early-stage product development and setting vision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the patient matching team to deliver remarkable patient experiences.
- Set the experience north star for finding the right therapist.
- Use interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills to build design solutions.
- Contribute and evolve the Headway design system (Helix) as the provider experience scales.
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners in Figma daily.
- Work with a user researcher to test concepts weekly with potential patients.
- Contribute to team culture, process, and foundations to help grow the design team.
