Requirements
- Manager-level position or above in product management or UX/product design
- Direct experience using tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
- Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, budgeting, or strategic recommendations for development/collaboration tools
- Familiarity with software development, product development, or design workflows
- Availability to complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work
Responsibilities
- Complete a paid screener to assess background and suitability for research tasks
- Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
- Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
- Share professional insights regarding workflow management practices and organizational needs
