Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or related field.
- At least one year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics, WCAG accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to provide high-quality analytical critique on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
- Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Familiarity with user research tools like Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
- Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Possession of a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
- Audit accessibility and inclusion by reviewing model outputs against modern standards.
- Fact-check UX principles to ensure model suggestions align with established patterns and psychology.
- Annotate design logic to identify gaps in user journeys or poor visual hierarchy.
- Refine product requirements by evaluating AI-generated PRDs for feasibility and value.
