Job Details

BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
At least one year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
Deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.
Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Proficiency in explaining the 'why' behind design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs for quality.
Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
Familiarity with user research tools like Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Notion.
Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.

Evaluate LLM-Generated Designs by assessing AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
Audit Accessibility & Inclusion by reviewing model outputs to ensure adherence to modern accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Fact-Check UX Principles by validating that model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles.
Annotate Design Logic to identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps in a flow, or poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces.
Refine Product Requirements by evaluating AI-generated PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
