Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least one year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics, WCAG accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
- Strategic thinking experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch).
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer).
- Familiarity with research tools (Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar).
- Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Linear, or Notion).
- Paypal account for payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and consistency.
- Audit accessibility and inclusion of model outputs against WCAG standards.
- Fact-check model design suggestions against UX patterns and psychological principles.
- Annotate design logic to identify gaps in user journeys and visual hierarchy.
- Refine AI-generated PRDs for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
