Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least one year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
- Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
- Proficiency with Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Must have a PayPal account for payment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated designs including wireframes, user flows, and product requirements.
- Audit model outputs for adherence to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Fact-check AI suggestions against established design patterns and psychological principles.
- Annotate design logic to identify gaps in user journeys and visual hierarchy.
- Refine AI-generated Product Requirement Documents for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
