Requirements
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field (BS, MS, or PhD).
- Minimum of one year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Expertise in user-centered design principles and strategic thinking regarding user needs and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
- Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
- Audit accessibility and inclusion by reviewing model outputs against modern standards like WCAG.
- Fact-check UX principles to ensure AI suggestions align with established design patterns and psychology.
- Annotate design logic to identify gaps in user journeys, flow inefficiencies, and visual hierarchy issues.
- Refine product requirements documents for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
