Requirements

- At least one year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Expertise in user-centered design principles and psychological design principles.
- Ability to provide high-quality critique of UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in explaining design decisions and evaluating aesthetic quality.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
- Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
- Audit model outputs to ensure adherence to modern accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Fact-check AI suggestions against established design patterns and psychological principles.
- Annotate design logic by identifying gaps in user journeys and visual hierarchy.
- Refine AI-generated Product Requirement Documents for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
