Requirements

- Deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
- Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in explaining the 'why' behind design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
- Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
- Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Active Paypal account for payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
- Audit accessibility and inclusion by reviewing model outputs against modern standards (WCAG).
- Fact-check UX principles by validating model suggestions against established design patterns and psychological principles.
- Annotate design logic by identifying gaps in user journeys and poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces.
- Refine product requirement documents for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
