Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least one year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
- Experience balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Familiarity with user research tools like Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
- Proficiency with documentation and product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
- Must be able to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-generated designs, including wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
- Audit accessibility and inclusion by reviewing model outputs against modern standards.
- Fact-check UX principles to ensure model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles.
- Annotate design logic to identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps, or poor visual hierarchy.
- Refine product requirements by evaluating AI-generated PRDs for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
