Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least one year of professional experience designing digital products, conducting user research, or building design systems.
- Deep understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and psychological principles (e.g., Fitts's Law, Gestalt).
- Ability to provide analytical critique of UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture.
- Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer).
- Familiarity with user research tools (Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar).
- Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion).
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM-Generated Designs: assess AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency.
- Audit Accessibility & Inclusion: review model outputs to ensure they adhere to modern accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Fact-Check UX Principles: validate that model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles.
- Annotate Design Logic: identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps in a flow, or poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces.
- Refine Product Requirements: evaluate AI-generated PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
