Requirements
- Current pharmacy license or registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
- Board certification where applicable.
- Recent professional experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
- Proficiency in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
- Reliable, fast internet connection and a computer.

- Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant.
- Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
- Compare multiple model answers and select the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
- Write improved exemplars, rationales, and structured feedback to improve model performance.
- Help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models in the healthcare domain.
